Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PingLabz. If the Pro membership does not match what you expected, we offer a refund window. Read the details below.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are a first-time PingLabz Pro subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, whether you signed up for monthly or annual.

To request your refund, email contact@pinglabz.com from the email address on your account. Include:

  • Your account email
  • The reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us)

We will process the refund within 5 business days. Once we issue the refund, your access to Pro content ends.

This 7-day guarantee applies to your first subscription only. Renewals (monthly auto-renewals and annual auto-renewals) are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee. If you want to prevent a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date (see below).

After the 7-day window

After 7 days, we do not issue routine refunds. You can however cancel any time to prevent future charges:

  • Cancellation stops future charges immediately
  • Your access to Pro content continues until the end of your current paid period
  • You will not be charged again

How to cancel

  1. Sign in at www.pinglabz.com
  2. Open your account portal (icon or link in the navigation)
  3. Click "Cancel subscription"
  4. Confirm

Your access continues until the end of your billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

Annual subscriptions

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first annual subscription as well as your first monthly subscription. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but cancellation prevents auto-renewal at the end of the year. You retain access through the end of the paid year.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, email us first. Email contact@pinglabz.com and we will help you. Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer without first contacting us results in account suspension and may result in account closure.

We will always work with you to resolve a dispute before it becomes a chargeback.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund outside the 7-day window in cases such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the content
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Other extenuating circumstances

These are reviewed case-by-case. Email contact@pinglabz.com with details and we will respond within 2 business days.

EU and UK members

If you are in the EU or UK, you may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. If you exercise this right within 14 days of subscribing and you have not actively used the Pro content, we will issue a full refund. Email contact@pinglabz.com to request.
