Why $4.99
Comparable lab platforms charge $50 a month and up. PingLabz is one person, a CML server, and no ads, sponsors, or affiliate links, so the subscription is what funds the writing and the captures. The $4.99 founding price is a launch rate. When the site reaches 100 paid members, new members pay $9.99 a month or $99 a year. Everyone who joined earlier keeps their price.
What you are paying for
Every show output in every lab was captured from a live Cisco Modeling Labs topology running IOS XE 17.x, then the topology was saved so you can import the same lab and get the same output. That is the difference between PingLabz and a textbook lab: you are not told what the router will say, you read what it said, then you make yours say it too. Questions
Do I need to buy anything else?
No. Every CCNA lab fits Cisco Modeling Labs Free, which costs nothing. CML Personal (about $200 a year) is only needed if you want to extend the labs past 5 nodes or run the CCIE Super Labs.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for, then your account drops back to Free. Nothing is deleted. Cancel from your account portal.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, from the account portal. Stripe prorates the change.
Is there a team or classroom option?
