Questions
Do I need to buy anything else?
No additional lab software or hardware purchase is needed. Use a browser and an internet connection; a desktop or laptop with a keyboard works best. You do not need CML or device images.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for, then your account drops back to Free. Nothing is deleted. Cancel from your account portal.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
You can manage your subscription in the account portal. Review the price and any prorated charge before confirming a switch. Founding rates apply to your existing subscription; switching plans may use current pricing.
Is there a team or classroom option?
